- Adverse Credit History Consumer bankruptcy, active debt collection, bailiff proceedings, or significant delays recorded in BIK/KRD reports.
- Statutory Arrears Outstanding liabilities with ZUS or the Tax Office (Urząd Skarbowy) that halt the financial analysis process.
- Personal Income & Rental Revenue Stable employment (Employment Contracts, Mandate Contracts, Appointments) and documented real estate rental income.
- Entrepreneurs & B2B Professionals Entities registered in Poland, billing in any major currency (PLN, USD, EUR, GBP, CHF).
- Residents & International Clients Individuals of any citizenship with a valid residence card or registered EEA permanent residence.
- Verified Legal Status of Property The property must have a clear legal standing, with an existing or establishable Land Registry (KW) and valid permits.
